No matter what you need done, we'll arrange and coordinate everything to get it accomplished. We charge NOTHING* for this service to give you the peace of mind and freedom to attend to other pressing items. At The Karten Group, whether you buy or sell your home through us, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. As an exclusive benefit to our clients, we are proud to extend ourselves to help you in the following ways: BUYERS (this service is for as long as you own your home, when purchased through The Karten Group) - We'll coordinate your deliveries, installations, handymen, utilities, etc. As long as we have access to the home, we will meet anyone you request to complete a job. This is especially important when you're relocating from another area or your time constraints give you little flexibility. - If you're buying a home for seasonal use, we will check on your home monthly to ensure the P traps are full, dishwasher is run (to avoid plastic parts from drying out), and there's not excessive build-up of flyers, phone books, etc. We'll even arrange to have your home cleaned before you come back to town. - Help with finding new service providers (doctors, veterinarians, service people, restaurant suggestions, etc.) SELLERS - We will oversee the packing of your home, whether or not you've left town and coordinate with movers, storage, etc. - Coordinate any necessary repairs required for the sale of the property, cleanup and maintenance.
