John DiCarlo - With 25+ years in sales, John believes that knowledge, communication, honesty, integrity and consistency are the foundation for any successful relationship, be it business or personal.   A native New Yorker (The Bronx), John's diverse background as a gemologist, commercial leasing director and a degree in Business give him the ability to investigate, negotiate and successfully close your transaction in the most efficient way possible.  John relocated to Las Vegas in 1999, and in the last 5 years he has sold over 150 new homes in communities throughout Las Vegas.  He has also earned his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP) designations.

George Lionakis - George moved to Las Vegas in 1984 and has watched its transformation from a narrow corridor along the "Strip" to "The Entertainment Capital of the World" with the millions of residents that it is today.  Whether it's Summerlin on the West, Seven Hills and Anthem in Henderson or Southern Highlands he has seen the growth from barren desert to some of the world's most desirable communities firsthand.   As a Broker-Salesman with hundreds of residential home sales throughout the valley, George has found the key to long-term success in a business that experiences up and down cycles.  He has earned both his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP) designations.  By giving a total commitment to his clients wants and needs, George earns life-long loyalty with his thorough market knowledge and experience.

Sharon Schermerhorn - Sharon moved to Las Vegas from Washington State 5 years ago and loves this city! As a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, Sharon has dedicated her life to assisting people during their most trying times and has transferred that dedication to the Real Estate profession. She started in Real Estate in 2004 and has over 100 satisfied clients who have worked with her in finding that perfect property and has earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP) designations.
